  I could not be happier with my experience. They are professional, accommodating, nothing is ever a problem for them. Their team of movers are experienced and know exactly what to do. there was no damage to any contents or to either house through the process. I would highly recommend them and would use them again with no hesitation. Thank you for providing such a positive experience!

  I did receive a call from them on Saturday to tell me that " other customers had more stuff than expected and we can not accommodate you any more"

  They did not offer an apology or any suggestion of compensation, saying that: That happens, we can not predict it. They offered to take my stuff to Toronto where it would stay until a truck become available there before moving it to its final destination( with no timeline commitment) and they "generously" offered to refund my security deposit( the one that they would have kept if I was to cancel last minute). They also contacted some other moving companies located in Gander, which was not helpful at all.

  I can not say enough about the excellent service provided by Five Star Moving. Jo Ann was excellent to deal with and Al packaged my treasured belongings like they were his own. I would highly recommend this company for its personal and professional quailty service. Thank you!

  Made arrangements with them about six weeks before the move. They received a down payment. I was told the pickup date would be on a Sunday and that they will comfirm the exact time on the day before.
